Another thing I muse in 1 Peter 3.7, is that the woman is the weaker vessel.
Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered.
What that does say about the man?
Not that he is strong, otherwise she would be referred to as the weak vessel.
God is using comparative semantics here.
Woman is weaker. Man is weak.
