Between the commas

Amongst all those commas, there is abundant lusciousness.

Paul is a servant, and an apostle, and he has been set apart. And the Gospel he preaches was promised long ago by various prophets. It’s the good news of Jesus, who showed us His divine Sonship by being dead, then alive. And we have received marching orders—and the grace to carry them out—to take His name to all the nations. That’s why some of the saints went there to Rome, it was not for the spaghetti, it was so that you all could know the grace and peace that comes from the Father and the Son.

That is sentence number one.

What a great beginning!

And there are such riches yet to follow.
